Our team uses a multifaceted approach in its fitness training that generates results by enabling participants to feel challenged and empowered to take personal performance to new levels. We integrate scientifically proven training methods with an exciting approach that is both innovative and purposeful. Everything our clients do is strategically designed to contribute to more powerful, functional performance.

Our approach encompasses the fields of human movement, sports medicine and exercise physiology. Our focus is on providing clients with a clear and progressive pathway to reach their goals and fulfill their personal potential in health and life.

Your Personal Training Options

GetFIT: Single Session Training: 

Give your routine a boost and have your butt kicked to the next level with a plan that's custom-fit to your fitness goals, current abilities, health issues and body type. 

DuoFIT: Doubles Training

Team it up for great results. Get your fit-spiration from a friend, a coworker, partner or sibling and keep each other on the fitness bandwagon. Doubles training offers you everything you get from one-on-one personal training with the added benefit of sharing the cost.

GroupFIT: Small group training

Personal training for you and your crew. Grab a group of three to four friends and schedule sessions that fit your schedule and save more on your training fees.

 

Personal Training Packages

Pricing as low as $20 with a GroupFIT session. 

Each package includes a 60 minute consultation with your trainer (with the exception of the Single Session option). 

 

Try it out - 1 single session (90 minutes)

This option is great if you wish to improve your technique, make sure that you are performing exercises correctly or if you just want some fresh workout ideas.

 

Get serious - 6 Sessions (60 minutes)

This package provides you with 6 hours of complete uninerrrupted one-on-one time with your certified personal trainer - expect to see results.

 

Fit For Life - 12 Sessions (60 minutes)

Perfect for the fitness fanatic with a very tight schedule. Design a custom program you can do anywhere, anytime and pop in to see your trainer for a fresh workout when your agenda allows. Sessions don't expire!
