Here at MacDonald Island Park, there’s something for everyone. No matter what your age or interest, we have what you’re looking for. Nowhere else in western Canada will you find a recreation complex with so many different activities and events in one location. We truly are one of a kind!
Take a leisurely stroll along our forested hiking trails. Join a friend for a coffee and a chat while your children play in our indoor playground and child-minding centre. Get the boys together for an afternoon game of shinny. Work your biceps in our fitness centre, or enjoy an exhilarating run around our indoor track. Find escape in a good book in the brand-new Fort McMurray Public Library. In fall 2010, be one of the first to sail down a waterslide in our Aquatic Centre!
