Personal Training

Body Composition Analysis - $15

Assess your current status at any time with a body composition analysis. Learn your weight, body fat percentage, fat mass, fat-free mass, basal metabolic rate, and body mass index from our Tanita scale. Visit the Legacy Dodge Fitness Centre to drop in for your body composition analysis. One of our Sport & Fitness Specialists are able to assist you.

Fitness Classes

All your favourite group fitness classes are back this summer! Whether you are looking to build strength in HPTC Flex, get a cardio boost with Studio Spin, or repair & recover with a Yoga Flow, there is a class for you!

Members can book classes up to 7 days in advance, and non-members can book up to 3 days in advance. Classes begin July 5th.

  • Studio Spin
    • There is no better way to get in cardio training than through this calorie burning spin class where you will get your sweat on to the rhythm of pumping music!
  • Roll Out & Release
    • Focusing on repair and recovery using foam rollers, trigger point equipment, stretching, and other accessories. This class will give you the tools to help with your physical, self-care at home.
  • Zumba
    • A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Don't forget to bring water!
  • Yoga Flow
    • Set your intention to connect your body & breath in a traditional, yoga flow practice. All levels welcome. 
  • Chair Yoga
    • Chair Yoga is a 45 min gentle yoga practice through beginner poses, utilizing chairs and accessories to help to increase mobility, improve balance and overall well-being.
  • Stadium Bootcamp
    • Ignite your energy systems with dynamic cardio drills combined with bodyweight resistance training exercises for a full-body, outdoor boot camp style class. Dress in layers and bring water! Meet at the west gates of SMS Equipment Stadium.
  • HPTC Flex
    • Execute technical barbell lifts such as deadlifts, squats, presses and more, through traditional strength and bodyweight training.

Legacy Dodge Fitness CentreLegacy Dodge Fitness Centre

The Legacy Dodge Fitness Centre has everything you need to break a sweat. With over 15,000 sq ft of training space, the Fitness Centre is home to a wide variety of fitness equipment including dumbbells, benches, weight and cardio machines such as rowers, bikes, treadmills and steppers. Not a fan of the treadmill? Located above the Fitness Centre is the Indoor Running Track, 200 metres of track with four lanes dedicated to walking, jogging or running.

New in 2019! Introducing The Studio. This bright and modern studio offers quick and direct access to group fitness classes in a new location. Enjoy boutique-style fitness classes led by our fitness specialist that work your body and your mind in an encouraging and welcoming atmosphere.

HPTC
High Performance Training Centre

The state-of-the-art High Performance Training Centre will take your fitness to the next level. Boasting the latest in power lifting equipment, this exclusive area houses multiple squat racks, an Olympic lifting platform, assault bikes, power sleds, rope climbs and much more.  This space offers both group fitness classes and open gym. Learn how to use the space, optimize your workout, and get familiar with the equipment in a dynamic group setting.
