Please review the Membership Terms & Conditions below to make the most of your MIP membership!

  • CONTINUOUS: $15 activation fee. First installment due following calendar day through automated payment system. Each installment billed monthly thereafter.

    ANNUAL: Full Annual Membership Cost.

    GROUP Pay in Full: Full Annual Membership fee (after applicable group discount)

    GROUP Flex Pay: $15 activation fee. First installment due following calendar day through automated payment system. Each installment billed according to payment plan schedule. Based on Group discount tier.

    • Family is defined as a maximum of two adults (ages 18+) and all children/youth (17 years of age and under) living at the same residence.

    • Membership benefits apply only to the individual(s) assigned to the active membership. An exception applies to complimentary child minding services in which the parent/guardian must have an active MemberPLUS+ membership for a child to receive access.

    • Current Members can upgrade to a membership of higher value at any time during their active membership term.

    • All Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be downgraded.

    • Modifications to membership may be requested. Administration fees may apply.

    • Any payment returned on account of either insufficient funds or bank/credit cancelation will be subject to a twenty-five ($25.00) administration charge. If payment is not received for the outstanding balance on account before the next scheduled payment date, the membership will be terminated.

    • Restriction, cancelation, or termination of membership are obligated to pay account balances owed. Payment plan privileges may be affected.

    • Membership fees may be subject to annual increases. Thirty (30) day written notice will be provided.

    • All memberships are subject to GST.

    • All memberships shall be subject to the governing rules and regulations of the RRC facility and membership policies.

    • Wristbands must be worn at all times, while visiting facilities.

    • Wristbands cannot be shared/ transferred to other individuals.

    • RFID Smart Scan wristbands may be requested to be verified by RRC employee at any time.

    • Lost, stolen, or misplaced Smart Scan RFID wristbands will result in a $25 replacement fee.

    • Damaged wristbands (due to normal wear and tear) must be returned for complimentary replacement. Subject to maximum 1 replacement per term.

    • Minimum term: 365 days from purchase date

    • Annual/Group memberships can be cancelled if the member has a medical reason or is relocating.

      • If cancelling due to relocation the member is required to provide a forwarding address outside of the Wood Buffalo region.

      • If cancelling due to a medical reason, a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner is required.

    • Group & Annual Members may freeze membership once per term for up to ninety (90) consecutive days. Installment schedules will not be interrupted. Frozen time will be added to end of term.

    • Group Membership rates may be available, please check with your organization or company. Requests can be submitted by email.

    • Minimum term: Three (3) successful billing cycles

    • Continuous Memberships can be cancelled after three (3) successful billing cycles have been completed.

    • Continuous Members may freeze memberships once per year up to ninety (90) consecutive days. Installment schedule will be paused during freeze. Installments will resume with new schedule, the date the membership resumes as active.
