This exhibition reflects my practice with fabric over the past several years. After being diagnosed with brain cancer in 2021, textile art became both a mental and physical form of therapy. Through fabric collage, quilting, sewing, and other textile processes, I immersed myself in learning and creating. This work represents an ongoing journey that has shaped what I now consider to be… my new normal.
