Winter programs begin at MacDonald Island Park on January 3, 2017
The winter programming season will begin at MacDonald Island Park on January 3. 2017 and include a full range of classes for children, youth and adults.
Winter programs are now available for viewing online at macdonaldisland.ca. Online registration for all Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) winter programs at MacDonald Island Park will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, December 6 at macdonaldisland.ca/programs. ‘ONE Pass’ holders are able to register online a day early, beginning at 10:00 am on Monday, December 5. In person registration will begin on Wednesday, December 7 at Guest Services at the Suncor Community Leisure Centre.
Program registrants are reminded that the RRC has moved to a new and improved programming registration system. Current users who have not switched to the new registration system are encouraged to do so in advance of the registration start date on December 5. Full details on the new registration system and steps to move existing accounts to the new system can be found at the MacDonald Island Facebook page at Facebook.com/MacDonaldIsland.
The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo offers programs in the following areas, among others:
