Fox Den Lounge to hold Classic Barbeque Feast with Rockin’ Ronnie Shewchuk

The new-look Fox Den Lounge at MacDonald Island Park invites the public to a Classic Barbeque Feast with international barbeque champion Rockin’ Ronnie Shewchuk on Saturday, May 5.
The Classic Barbeque Feast will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the patio at the Fox Den Lounge, as Shewchuk will serve up his award-winning pulled pork sandwiches, tender ribs, and dishes from his cookbook, Barbeque Secrets Deluxe. Shewchuk will tell stories from his adventures on the barbeque competition circuit, while autographed copies of his book will be for sale.
Cost of the Classic Barbeque Feast is $25 per person and includes two wine or beer beverages.
“Rockin’ Ronnie is widely regarded as the best Canadian barbeque chef on the American competition circuit,” said Naved Noorani, Director of Hospitality at MacDonald Island Park. “Ronnie has competed in the World Series of Barbeque and we expect a great day at the Fox Den with Ronnie barbequing his specialties.
