All ticket sales - online, telephone, or in person - are final sales, with no exchanges or refunds.
Yes. Everyone seeing the performance must have a ticket regardless of age.
If you ordered your tickets online please contact us through our web form.
If you ordered your tickets by telephone or purchased them from the box office please contact us at our Box Office or visit our Box Office during business hours.
If the event is rescheduled and you are not able to attend the new date please request a refund at the box office.
If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund.
You have 20 minutes from the time you put the ticket in the basket to complete the transaction.
Our ticketing system at MacDonald Island Park incurs additional internet-related costs, including banking transaction fees, when selling tickets online. The convenience fee helps to cover these costs.
You may pick up your tickets the day of the event or at your earliest convenience. Our Box office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Picture ID and the order ID number will be required to pick up your tickets.
