How can I find out whether a production is cancelled due to inclement weather?

For status on the day of the show please check our Twitter account, our Facebook page, our website, or listen to the local media.

Will you mail me my tickets?

All tickets will be held at the box office for pickup.

If for some reason I am not able to attend the performance for which I purchased tickets will you cancel my order?

All ticket sales - online, telephone, or in person - are final sales, with no exchanges or refunds.

Do I have to pay for my child if he or she can sit in my lap?

Yes. Everyone seeing the performance must have a ticket regardless of age.

If I have a question or problem with my ticket order who do I contact?

If you ordered your tickets online please contact us through our web form.

If you ordered your tickets by telephone or purchased them from the box office please contact us at our Box Office or visit our Box Office during business hours.

What happens if an event is rescheduled or cancelled?

If the event is rescheduled and you are not able to attend the new date please request a refund at the box office.

If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund.

How long do I have to complete a ticket transaction?

You have 20 minutes from the time you put the ticket in the basket to complete the transaction.

Why is there an extra charge to buy tickets?

Our ticketing system at MacDonald Island Park incurs additional internet-related costs, including banking transaction fees, when selling tickets online. The convenience fee helps to cover these costs.

When can I pick up my tickets from the box office?

You may pick up your tickets the day of the event or at your earliest convenience. Our Box office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Picture ID and the order ID number will be required to pick up your tickets.
