Whether you’re an athlete in training, a gym beginner unsure of all those machines, or simply wanting to lead an active, healthy lifestyle, our fitness centre is the place for you.
The Fitness Centre is open to patrons 15 years or older, and features a variety of cutting-edge cardio machines, free weights and cable weights. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are on hand to answer any questions you may have and show you around the centre. We even have personal trainers on staff who can work with you to reach your specific fitness goals.
Our Fitness Centre features:

- Child-minding
- Fit Start For Teens program
The Fitness Centre is designed to help you feel comfortable and motivated to meet your fitness goals. Our state-of-the-art strength, cardiovascular and specialized equipment adapts to whatever kind of workout you’re after. It’s friendly enough for first-time users and advanced enough to challenge high-level athletes.
The Fitness Centre is open to those 15 years of age and older. Youth who are 13 –14 years of age will be permitted to use the Fitness Centre upon successful completion of our Fit Start for teens orientation program.

Weekdays: 5:00am-11:00pm Weekends: 7:00am-10:00pm
