Mens Night

The weekly Thursday evening Men's Night Competition has tee times allocated from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Participants are requested to pay a $5 registration fee to take part in each weekly competition. All Men's Night competitions are 9-hole events. If you do not have an official handicap, do not worry. These golfers will play under a handicap based on their play that day. The occasional golfer will be given a handicap of 75 per cent of the difference between their gross score and the course rating. This will make you competitive immediately ... maybe win prizes the first day you play!

Ladies Night

Tuesday Night is Ladies Night at Miskanaw! Blocks of tee-times are designated for ladies use only. The tee-times are 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Our Director of Golf, Rob MacGregor will be periodically giving free clinics to any ladies wishing to take part. The range will be closed on these Lesson Evenings for Ladies only on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Please call in advance to ensure your tee time for regular play and special events. Lessons are first come first served.

Junior Night

The 2010 Junior Golf Day Program will occur every Monday, May 17. Blocks of tee-times are designated for "Juniors Only" from 4pm to 6pm. The Junior Golf Day Program is based on 9-holes of play. There is no additional fee charged for juniors wishing to participate in game prize events. Different games will be scheduled each week and instructions will be posted. Scorecards MUST be signed by the golfer and one playing partner and dropped-off in the Pro Shop at the end of the 9-hole round. Prizes will be awarded the following week.

MacDonald Island Food Services will be offering a special for juniors golfing during the Junior Night time allocations.

Red/White Tees (Not based on age)
Juniors with 30+ handicaps are encouraged to play from the red tees
Juniors with under 30 handicaps are encouraged to play from the white tees.

Juniors 11 years and under MUST be supervised by an adult at all times while playing the course. A junior of this age, playing with adults, will be considered a member of the foursome

Due to the generosity of several donors, the Junior Program is able to offer juniors the free use of clubs with a $5.00 refundable deposit (limited quantities).
