AquaDeep A class with all the components of a land fitness class, including cardiovascular work, muscle-strengthening, resistance-training, endurance work and strethcing components with the added difficulty that can only come from workign in deep water. Floatiation belts are provided. Participants need to not know how to swim, but should be comfortable in water which is deeper than their height. AquaShallow A class designed to meet the cardiovascular needs of participants in shallow water. This class has all the components of a fitness class, including cardiovascular work, muscle-strengthening, resistance-training, endurance-work adn stretching. This class is ideal for cross training for fit individuals, but is also great for beginners who want an energetic exercie routine. SeniorFit This is a low intensity program designed to meet the needs of varied clients: retired adults, arthritic sufferers and individuals with non-specific back or joint difficulties. This program is a total body workout that is low impact with a balance of cardio-vascular, muscular strengthening and endurance training with a strong emphasis on enhancing core stabilization and de-stressing the mind.
