Rob has been a member of the CPGA (Canadian Professional Golfers Association) since 1978 and has been in the golf business since 1972. Before coming to Miskanaw Golf Club, Rob worked at Royal Woodbine in Toronto and Fox Harb'r and Bell Bay in Nova Scotia. Rob also has vast experience in teaching the game, from offering instruction on two Norwegian Cruise Lines ships (SS Norway and SS Seaward) to comprehensive Golf Academy Teaching with the Ron Philo School of Golf. His thousands of hours of private, semi-private, and clinic instruction comes in handy when you can't get rid of your slice!

From fun and non-competitive Cat 'n' Dogs, to the Opens and Windups, and to the stellar Member Guest Day, the tournament team at Miskanaw Golf Club will always amaze you beyond all expectations.
Born and raised in Calgary AB, Josh grew up playing the Cottonwood Golf and Country Club where he was mentored by PGA of Canada Professional, Tiffany Gordon. After a successful Junior career, he found himself playing varsity golf at University of Victoria. Realizing he had a passion for teaching the game he became a member of the PGA of Canada himself. In 2005 he gained employment at Gallagher’s Canyon Golf Club in Kelowna BC, one of the Okanagan’s finest courses. Honing his crafts as a teacher, player, and club professional Josh took on roles as both Golf Shop Manager and Director of Instruction.
With his outgoing personality, optimistic attitude, and past experiences Josh is excited to join the Miskanaw Golf Club as Head Golf Professional. By utilizing his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a marketing specialty, and a dedication to customer service, Josh plans to bring plenty of fresh, new ideas to the course.

Denise grew up in Peterborough, Ontario. It was at Peterborough Golf and Country Club (P.G. & C.C.) where she started and continued to build her golf career. She has worked in the golf industry for 8 years holding various positions including but not limited to the following: marketing and sales, memberships, Pro Shop, Back Shop, as well as the purchasing and merchandizing of golf apparel and goods. Denise attended The University of Ottawa for both her B.A. in Recreation and Leisure Studies and her M.A. in Sport Management.
In the summer of 2011, Denise was certified as a golf instructor with the Canadian Golf Teaching Federation (C.G.T.F.). Prior to this, Denise had organized and implemented the Callaway Girls Club at P.G.&C.C., junior camps, junior club exchanges and junior tournaments. During the first summer as a C.G.T.F. instructor, she participated and co-facilitated a variety of junior camps throughout the Ottawa region. Denise enjoys working with the juniors in developing and strengthening the fundamental components of their game of golf.
